I am responsible to run 5 agencies Carat, iProspect, Vizeum, Dentsu X and Navegg), in 22 countries that represent 70% of total regional revenue.

Kinetic Worldwide is the global leader in contextually connecting audiences on the move. BPN is the newest IPG’s media agency. I started this agency from scratch BPN is in 25 countries around the world, with billings above 1.2 billion dollars. Just few months after started, BPN won Mattel in Latin America, consolidated Six Flags account in North America, won Hillshire farms in US; the agency was also awarded with more than 15 global awards, including two Cannes Gold Lions, the Grand Prix at the Internationalist innovation awards due to creativity focused in connecting brands with social responsibility thru media innovation such as “the first ever potable water billboard”.
PRESIDENT WORLD MARKETS FOR INITIATIVE & UM 2010-2012
Responsible for Initiative, and UM media agency brands in 40 reporting countries (52 offices) plus 36 affiliated offices in 25 countries in 5 continents. This structure generates 25% of total Mediabrands worldwide revenue. Great improvement on agencies core capabilities: UM moved from 31% operations working under min standards in 2011 to 8% in 2012. Initiative moved from 13% to 4% and BPN from 40% to 20%. Greatest improvement was on Digital, social media integrated planning and client business leads. Successfully defended all the 39 countries for Unilever for 2nd time in 3 years,

OMD moved from being ranked number 7 in 2002 to be among the 2nd most important media agency in the region in 2009, due to the quick expansion from 3 to 19 countries and to the consolidation of clue markets as Mexico, Colombia and Chile, gaining 250 accounts globally, regionally and locally in just 6 years of operation such as J&J, Visa, Nokia, GSK, BDF, Danone, McDonald’s, Cadbury Adams, Exxon Mobil, Intel, HP, among others.
OMD Latin America became the most awarded media agency in Media Creativity in 2003, owning this title during the past 5 years in a row with Grand Prix, 12 lions and several short lists at Cannes International Advertising Festival. In addition, OMD has obtained much Gold, Silver and Bronze awards in regional and local festivals such as Fiap and El Ojo de Iberoamerica in Argentina, El Sol de San Sebastian in Spain, Festival de Antigua in Central America and Caribbean Advertising Festival than any other media agency in Latin America. These awards have consolidated OMD as the most creative and innovative media agency in the region.
I was also responsible for the development of the two Omnicom’s media networks in the Latin America, consolidating OMD as the leader in the media industry in the region, and starting the expansion of PhD in the region.

Responsible for establishing Mindshare in Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Peru, leading processes of implementation of new technologies for media planning. Additionally, leading the design of a monitoring and planning system of outdoor measurement based on Internet platform using GPS, creating a new regional company for the WPP Group, named Portland Outdoor in Latin America. Recognized among the 300 WPP’s global outstanding executives.
During this period we created the first ever OOH tracking system using GPS, before and mapping system, way before the i-phone launch. This system was implemented by WPP in 5 countries around the region. Also we developed new tools to track wear out in Television campaigns.

Based in Mexico, I led the implementation of the electronic audience measurement service, using People Meters, in Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, giving additional support to Brazil and Argentina, generating relations with main media owners, advertising and media agencies across the region. Due to the outstanding and fast implementation, I received the Arthur Charles Nielsen award due to the results obtained in his work.

Rosario University founded in Colombia in 1653 , due to its important place in Colombian history, it is known as "the Cradle of the Republic". Nowadays the institution remains very influential in Colombian culture and public life. At least 28 of Colombia's Presidents have been students of this university. It has influenced and participated in very important transitional processes like the revolution for the independence from Spain and the drafting of the Political National Constitution of 1991.
